I had the pleasure of photographing Fatima and Athar for their engagement session at the University of Toronto and Yorkville in April! Athar lives in San Francisco, and was visiting Toronto for their nikkah, so we scheduled their session around that time! Fatima wore a beautiful royal blue dress that she bought from Asos for the first part of the shoot, and Athar paired that up with a sleek fitted grey suit, along with some amazing funky socks and brown shoes!

We started their session at the beautiful St George campus of University of Toronto and walked around Hart House, Victoria College and Emanuel College. It was high noon at the time we shot their portraits, but I am so happy with the lighting and the way they turned out! After walking around and grabbing some photos around the UofT area, Fatima and Athar changed into a casual outfit and we walked over to Yorkville to grab some icecream from Summer’s icecream, and finish the session off with some fun and playful shots!

Their engagement session was so much fun, and their wedding was even better! So much laughter, giggles, jokes and amazing conversations happened while we were together. I am so excited to share this blogpost and cannot wait to blog more photos from your amazing Chateau le Jardin wedding!
