To be honest, working with us is really not about being photographed in that magical location you always wanted; it’s not about having a photographer who will drive two hours just to grab those cuff links your partner forgot; it’s not about having a photographer who is well known by all vendors in the city; it’s not even about photography, actually! It’s really about peace of mind. That sense of tranquility that you’ll never have to worry about your day being documented perfectly. That sense of knowing, when it’s all done, your whole family will say: Wow! Who took your photos!? And you will say ‘Qurrat Ayun Studios’! And they will go ‘MashAllah!’

Once we hear from you, we will send you a short questionnaire to get to know you and your events better! With that information, we will send you a detailed custom pricing guide outlining the investment you can expect to make.
01. First Contact!
Once you’re ready for a detailed consult we will set up a meeting, in-person or online, to get to know each other more and to discuss the beautiful details about your special day(s). You will also get to see entire galleries and albums. This also where we often help refer clients to other trusted vendors in the industry. We're happy to discuss anything and often sit with prospective clients for 4 hours!
02. Face-to-Face
Once you’ve made your mind on having QAS capture your special events, we will do the necessary paperwork. Once we get a retainer payment, your dates are locked in exclusively with one of our talented lead photographers for your big day!
03. Locking it in
We love this part! Depending on the collection you go with, we will schedule an engagement session where you will get to know our shooting style and get some practice being photographed professionally. Our couples always say this session made a huge difference for their comfort-level going into the wedding day shoots. You will have your gallery in a month.
04. The Engagement Session
As your wedding day approaches, we will get in touch again to iron out the timeline of the events. Although we focus on working with you to make sure your events are photography-friendly, we’ve often spent hours planning out other details with our brides and grooms. With hiring us you’re not just getting a photographer: you’re getting a trusted, experienced friend. We always go the extra mile for our clients.
05. Ironing out the Details
Ah! It’s here! You may have a lot on your mind but we promise worrying about photography will not be one. We're on-time, detail oriented, super fast, flexible and real aunty-charmers! We will be there to capture all the special details on your getting-ready session, your beautiful couple portraits and end-of-day celebrations with your family and friends!
06. The Big Day(s)!
When your final gallery is ready in 3-4 months, we will be in touch for you to come in person to pickup your beautiful tote bag with your USB and other (surprise) goodies! we love seeing my clients’ reactions to these! You will also get an online gallery of high-res files that you can easily email around to family and friends.
07. photo Delivery
If you invested in an album, you will highlight the photos you wish to feature in the album. Then, our designer will design a first draft and we will go through revisions till it is perfect! Once you Approve, it will be with us in 2-3 weeks! We will schedule another appointment for you to pick it up in person over coffee with us! :)
08. The Exquisite Album
We can easily say over the 10 years we’ve been doing this, we’ve reworked with 70% of my clients and their families. We become our lifelong friends! We’ve had so many of my clients abroad invite us to come visit them, we can’t keep count. If you hire us, you should know that we will work with you like a dear friend. :)
09. Never say Goodbye!
One of the best things about Qurrat's team is how much they care about their clients. They took time to get to know us and what we wanted for our wedding. The results were better than we could have imagined - the photos were so "us" and captured the happiness of our big day.
I can't recommend these folks enough. They turned our wedding day into a story we can look back on through our beautiful photos.
