There are so many favourites that I have from this engagement session that it was soo incredibly hard to select a few to share here! I know Shaheena from a wedding I photographed back in November 2017 where she was a bridesmaid in the bridal party 🙂 Needless to say, I got super excited when we got in touch with me to do her engagement photos for her before she tied the knot this past September!

For their session, we began the shoot with doing a few light-hearted and casual shots at the Distillery District and Cacao 70, followed by romantic formal photographs at the Scarborough Bluffs. I just absolutely loooovedddd their outfits and coordination throughout the entire session! They really paid attention to the engagement session style guide I send off to clients before their photoshoots! From her beautiful red pleated skirt, that white dress, to his khakis and matching shoes, everything was such a dream to photograph!

I have been following Qurrat’s work for a very long time so when I got engaged the first person I reached out to was none other than Qurrat! I was super excited to be photographed by her. Working with her was the easiest and most pleasant part of our wedding journey, she is SO humble and genuine. My husband normally isn’t huge on being photographed, but Qurrat made it so comfortable for him and automatically hit it off with both of us. Our chemistry was amazing, as well as our portraits!
